Every Monday-Friday, from 9am-5pm. Shipments or orders are not processed on the weekends. 

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. The order will need to be cancelled before it ships out. If the order has shipped out, you will need to make a return. Depending on if it's a Mistress Glow item or TKS item will dictate how the return is handled.

On all items from both Mistress Glow and  The Kink Shop, there is a lifetime warranty against defects, breakage and workmanship. Return policies can differ between each vendor, so feel free to contact us through our contact page if you need help with any product that you have purchased. Contact Us

For Mistress Glow Products:

-Currently we ship only within the United States. Please Contact Us if you need international shipping on any of these item. 

For TKS Products:

-We do ship internationally to many countries for an additional fee.

-We currently cannot send any TKS products to: Brazil, China, Israel, Russia, Singapore, Sweden, South Africa and Ukraine-
We cannot currently send the Tazzapper to: Germany, Switzerland or the other countries listed above

Yes, that is correct. TKS items ship from warehouses in Texas & Louisiana, where Mistress Glow products ship from a different location. If you order contains a mixture of TKS and Mistress Glow products, you will receive more than one tracking number.

Yes, if your order is being shipped in the United States, you will receive free shipping if your order is $150 or above
